bn_offers swap not as described

i recieved the ghost rider DVD today and it was not the 2 disc edition like they said it was! i paid extra because i was expecting the 2 disc edition, but it was only the single disc, they said i can return it if i want, but i dont want to because i like the movie..?

Unlucky, well if you don't want to send it back in e-mail them all and say that you are very unsatisfied and want a refund. One of them might refund you, Dean won't.

Or just ask for a part refund. I did once and they gave it to me.

Yep try and ring them up and tell them off lol and say I want a full refund and don't want to send it back they might let you sdepends on the staff you are talking to
